Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Daybreak (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Daybreak aggregates data from prediction markets and financial instruments and presents it as a reading surface for informational purposes. The Service does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance. See our Financial Disclaimer.
3. Permitted use
You may use Daybreak for personal and professional informational purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission. Automated access (bots, crawlers) is prohibited without prior agreement.
4. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the data is accurate, complete, or timely. Prediction-market prices reflect aggregate trader beliefs, not guaranteed outcomes. Market data may be delayed, interrupted, or contain errors.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daybreak and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The derived data layers, calibration database, methodology, and visual design of the Service are proprietary. Underlying market data is subject to the terms of the original sources (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.).
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
